Join us on Thursday February 16th for a 5 course beer pairing dinner!

We’re teaming up with Taproot Catering for an out of this world beer pairing dinner! Each of the 5 course will be paired with one of our brews!

The first course will start as you arrive and the rest will follow once everyone is seated. Staple & Layer will be setting the table, elevating the experience with their collection of fine china and admired glassware.

We will start at 6:30pm and will be seated at 7pm, the dinner should finish up around 8:30pm. With each course MadCap brewer and owner Ryan Holmes will tell you about the featured beer as Michael Fiala, the head chef at Taproot describes each dish and the reason for it’s pairing.

Each guest will be entered into a giveaway at the end of the dinner!
