The cost of buying out the brewery is $3,500. A deposit of $700 is required to reserve your date with the remaining balance due on July 8th, 2023.

Brewery Buyout Details

• Brewery buyouts start at $3,500 with a $500 minimum for beer.

• Includes access to the space for up to 10 hours. Additional hours are $100/hr. The space can be available from 9am - 12am.

• Our capacity is 225 people.

• You and your guests will have access to the patio, events space, main taproom, and game room.

• We will notify everyone we are closed to the public for a private event.

• The cost of $3,500 does not include beer - a minimum of $500 is required (a 20% gratuity will be added to the final tab)

• Includes at least 3 team members/bartenders.

• You will work with our coordinator to iron out logistics and plan an amazing experience for you and your guests. (This is not a day of planner)

• You CAN bring in your own liquor, wine and seltzers. (No outside beer) 

  • Our bartenders will prepare cocktails and serve outside alcohol provided

  • We will provide 9 oz plastic tumblers to serve your alcohol

  • We will provide ice for mixed drinks

  • We will provide bartenders with bar tools

  • You must provide any mixers, garnishes...etc required to craft your cocktails of choice.

• You CAN bring in your own band/DJ

  • Band/DJ must provide all of their own equipment including speakers, table, and electrical components needed.

     We recommend having your band/DJ see the space beforehand.

• 20 picnic tables inside and 8 picnic tables outside. 

• You can bring in outside rentals (additional tables, chairs, furniture, ...etc.)

• Patio space can be set-up for the wedding ceremony upon request.

• You can provide catering and or a food truck for your guests. We do not provide rentals for food service but can recommend options. Caterers are responsible for all food service, food set-up, table service, plate clearing, etc.

• Includes parking in both our lot and the conjoining parking lot.

• We will empty trash and clean up space at the end of the night.
